Gleneagles Estate is serviced by underground power lines. When the approach to TransACT was made in 2010, no reason was given. I can only presume it was because they required access to Telstra Conduit, or they had to lay their own conduit (and not sure the regulatory implications of this, I suspect this was possible).
Just curious if it was the technical reasons Gleneagles estate was excluded.
