Telstra Mobile customers – Telstra 4g upgrade at Kambah Pool Road – Diminished Service

A number of residents have reported decreased service since the upgrade work was done on the Telstra Mobile tower on Kambah Pool Road, on or around 20 July 2017.
This relates to the notice Telstra published in February 2017.

If you are unhappy with your service, you are encouraged to use the Telstra complaints process to bring the problem to sufficient attention.
