Congestion at the Estate/Premises connected to ADSL2

Hi,

I received a reply in writing today (24/10/2016) from Telstra Countrywide regarding the above.

“Right now we’re aware of congestion issues that are occurring out of the Kambah exchange, and working with our local board on plans to ease this congestion. There hasn’t been anything confirmed if/when work will be going ahead at this stage. I will keep you updated over the next few weeks and let you know if any plans are confirmed.

At the current stage we’re not going to change users from the exchange to the cabinet, as there will be no benefits while the congestion issues. Moving past that, it could be an option for users to change over going forward, but this would require an investigation into each individual service.”
