Work is starting on Fibre To The Node (FTTN)

Fibre To The Node (FTTN) work is starting in Kambah!

(as opposed to Fibre To The Premises which the project’s goal)

This however, is a key milestone in getting the community FTTP – as once our area is declared ‘Ready For Service’ (RFS) in the finalisation of this process, we can then start putting in Technology Choice (Individual Premises Switch) Applications.

When this time comes, we will send out emails to people with instructions.

If you have not completed your registration details, could you please do so quickly the design and cost process with NBN will commence soon. If you are having trouble with putting your information in please email nbn@gleneaglesestate.net and I will do my best to assist.

In the meantime, please feel free to email observations of NBN activity to nbn@gleneaglesestate.net and we can keep the community updated.

Thanks to those people who have had conversations with ‘people on the ground’ doing prep work in the area, and relayed this back to the committee – they have provided most valuable information.
