Congestion at Gleneagles Estate CMUX equipment

Hi,

As part of the work being done to get residents who identified as being connected to the Kambah Exchange (and not connected to the local CMUX mini exchange), I spoke to a Telstra CountryWide representative.

He identified that some congestion issues had been experienced since July, and had brought this to the attention of the Board in Telstra who are responsible for actioning backhaul provisioning.

I will keep you posted as to what action is being taken by Telstra as a result of this finding.
