The upgrade path for FTTN

There is no planned upgrade path for FTTN.  There are no plans to upgrade FTTN to Fibre To The Curb (FTTC) from either major political party. There is no funding  in the NBNCo current or future budget for the upgrade of FTTN.  The diagram from NBNCo below is pretty clear:
