Problems with your Internet that cannot be resolved by your RSP (Retail Service Provider)
|NBN have asked who in the community is having trouble with their current service, especially if they have not been able to resolve their issues through standard processes with RSPs back to NBN.
In other words, if you have had the run around from your internet provider on connectivity issues/dropouts etc. can you please provide your details to me (with the RSP concerned) and I will collate a list.

Re the NBN, we have just come to accept that it will drop out at any time on a random basis for any length of time – long or short. Ringing Telstra gets us into a Telstra vs NBN debate and usually it is referred to as “a line issue”.

Just sent my details… After multiple support calls iinet have advised me that NBN would like me to get a sparky out and check if there is any internal wiring fault in my house. 🙂
