Update on copper remediation work in Stage 1 from NBNCo

I have received an update from Kelly Whittaker, a customer service case manager from NBNCo.

I am writing in relation to a matter that has been raised on your behalf regarding the ongoing works in Gleneagles estate.

I will be providing you with updates on the work occurring in the estate to upgrade the network.  My contact details are listed below for your reference.

Over the weekend just gone, upgrades were occurring to the infrastructure in the pits – joints were upgraded and you may have experienced a dropout during the 5 -10 minutes that the infrastructure was replaced and it may have been at different times to your neighbours, depending on where your copper connects into the network.

Further work will continue, with cabling in the street to be replaced during the weekend of the 25th August.  I will be meeting with the Field team each Monday and will provide you the updates that I receive from them.
