THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE FOR FTTP – OFFICIAL NBN EOI CLOSES 31 DECEMBER 2017

If you want reliable internet, with assured quality and a scalable infrastructure that will last a lifetime, then Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) is the opportunity that is available to you through the project.

Real Estate

FTTP will enhance the capital value of your home by a tangible amount, as well as providing you with benefits in the immediate, short and long term (see http://www.gleneaglesestate.net/NBN/blog/category/real-estate/)

Future Upgrades

It is highly unlikely that any future government will fund a FTTP upgrade in the next couple of decades, and this is even more unlikely once NBN is sold.  Telstra’s performance with upgrading its own infrastructure is testimony to that.

You must act NOW if you have not already done so!

You have until 31 December 2017 to register your Expression Of Interest (EOI) with NBN.

This is NOT the same as registering on the Gleneagles Estate NBN Project website (ie. this site).

This is a separate exercise, run by NBN themselves to determine who is serious about a FTTP connection through their Technology Choice Program. The committee does not have access to the information submitted, however we can request statistics from NBN on surveys submitted.

At last estimates, we have a 60% take-up rate of premises in Gleneagles Estate, which is a fantastic show of support from the community for FTTP.  Talk to your neighbours, make it cheaper for everyone. The more who sign up, the more the costs will be shared across the community, and cheaper for everyone.

Registration in the NBN EOI is essential in order to continue to participate in the opportunity that we are providing for residents of Gleneagles Estate.

If you did not get a screen like this when submitting your EOI:

Please email nbn@gleneaglesestate.net with all the requested info from the form (full name of property owner is important FYI) and I will enter it in the system for you.
